Level I & II BBS Training
Level One is specifically designed with a focus on form—yours and, by extension, your potential future students’ as well. During this one-day intensive, participants learn the BBS method from the ground up as well as the advantages of tapping into the mind-body connection during this type of isometric exercise. If you thought it burnt your buns before, just wait until you learn all the tricks of the trade for getting the most out of your barre workouts!
