BARRE BODY FIT

The original, like a classic tote that complements every look, this one hour workout will tone and challenge all levels of fitness. This is a class you can’t go wrong with. The BBF tones and blasts common problem areas through a series of strategic exercises that focus on strength and flexibility while incorporating the ballet barre. The routine keeps fitness fresh with innovative moves complementary to all levels of fitness.

Think of this one like our typical Barre Body Fit but compacted into 45 minutes, perfect for early mornings & the lunch hour. We combine arm work with warm up and cut the cardio for those a little pressed for time.

BARRE + CORE + STRETCH

20 minutes of barre, 20 minutes of core, and 20 minutes of stretching all fused together into a flow, giving you the perfect blend of stretch and strength with an emphasis on the core.

BARRE.SWEAT.TONE

This is an advanced variation of the traditional Barre Body Fit class. Barre Body Blast is designed to challenge you with added cardio and strength training options.

BBS Bangin' Backside

   

BARRE 75 PLUS STRETCH

Did you know that the stretching part of class is just as important as each pulse and plie! This BBS class includes the 60 minute barre burn that you all know and love + the added bonus of a 15 minute cool down stretch for those long, lean muscles.

BBS BANGIN' BACKSIDE

Come to this class for a higher, tighter, rounder tush. We’ll run you through the regular Barre Body Fit class format you know and love with an extra emphasis on sculpting your seat, toning your hamstrings and strengthening your back. All levels welcome.

Mommy and Me

BABY BARRE

Baby Barre is a post-natal barre class designed to give new moms a dynamic barre workout with their babies safely nestled into their own carriers. This class will not only offer you a fantastic workout, but an activity you and your new baby can enjoy together! Don’t fret if your little one fusses or cries during classes, it will likely happen to all of us! Babies should not be crawling. For everyone’s safety, your baby must be in a body carrier while you are enjoying the class, or on the mat for the floor series. Carriers are not provided. 

A 5 class pass can be purchased for $84.00 - these passes can only be used for Baby Barre, on a drop in basis.

Lululemon Barre

   

LULULEMON BARRE

Join lululemon and BBS IN STUDIO for a FREE Barre Body Studio class. Classes are tailored to all fitness levels and are a ton of fun. Throughout the class we focus on small isometric movements to rev up your heart-rate, blast fat, and build muscle. Expect short cardio intervals and lots of stretching as well. Don’t be shy, the classes are a perfect complement to to your weekend routine!

During the month of June, lululemon classes will be on Friday evenings at 6:45 @ BBS Whitemud Crossing. Sign up for these classes through your MindBody Connect account 48 hours before the class.
