Barre is a fun way to design a tighter tush. Through isolated movements, it builds long, lean muscle while improving posture, grace, and flexibility. So yes, Barre Body Fit classes are effective – but because they are choreographed to great music and performed in a motivating group environment, the workout doesn’t feel like ‘work.’

It’s the best of all worlds. Barre takes the focus and individual practice of yoga, melds it with the isolated movements of pilates, and wraps it all up in the choreography and grace of dance class.
